Group Fitness/Spinning/Yoga Schedule

Start your day off with a burst of energy by joining fitness classes in our well-designed Group Fitness Studio. We offer high energy classes with friendly instructors to take you to the next level of fitness. Try one of our Spinning classes to really get your blood pumping or any one of our step, low impact or sculpt classes. Our Yoga classes will improve your flexibility and relieve stress.

Western has the best group fitness classes anywhere in the Cincinnati area. Our instructors are fabulous.  Our variety of classes is unmatched. The members already in the classes want you to join them. All classes are included in your membership...the price is definitely right, too!

Spinning classes are 45 minutes unless noted. Sign up the day before the scheduled class to reserve a bike.

TRX classes are 45 minutes.  Sign up the day before the scheduled class to reserve your spot.

All Group Fitness/Yoga classes are 1 hour unless noted.

Barre Fit and TRX classes are $15 for nonmembers.

Walk-in rate is $12/person for all group fit/ spinning classes (excluding Barre Fit/TRX)

Class Descriptions

Weekend Warrior (KK) Sun 10 am - Do you want the best total workout possible? Try "Weekend Warrior!" You'll never be bored—every Sunday is a totally different class that works every part of your body and is for EVERYONE—men and women, advanced enthusiasts and novices.

Cardio Pump (SM) Tues 9:15 am – This class starts with classic cardio conditioning moves followed by traditional strength training moves with great abdominal work at the end.

Jump Start (BN) Sat 9:15 am – You won’t need coffee when you start your weekend with Jump Start! This jam packed workout mixes cardio, strength training and abs for a head-to toe workout in one hour.

Muscle Mix (JS) Mon 9:15 am - This 60-minute total body strength class includes stretching and various strength moves incorporating fitness equipment and your own body weight.

Booty Camp (JS) (JH) Wed 9:15 am - Incorporates cardio bursts with strength and core work with a focus on the “booty”.

4x4 (BN) Mon 7:30-8:10pm - This 40 minute Circuit Training class will burn fat and build muscle! 4 rounds. 4 exercises. Each exercise performed for 60 seconds. No more excuses about not having time to exercise. 4x4 is FAST, FUN and DONE!

Cardio Groove (BN) Thurs 6:30 pm – High energy traditional cardio moves with dance choreography for a non-stop groove.

High Low (CS) Tues 6:30 pm - Cardio mix consisting of traditional aerobic dance moves. High or low impact.

Step/Strictly Strength (RT) Mon & Wed 5:30-6:30 pm - A high-energy class that burns calories by using a variety of step movements. A full body sculpting and toning workout. This class incorporates a variety of resistance equipment to redefine the shape of your body.

Spinning-various times and instructors - Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially-designed stationary bicycle called a SPINNING bike. SPINNING burns serious calories and offers an awesome workout that makes your heart pump fast.

Spinning Express - The on-the-go 30 minute version of our traditional 45 minute class. Get in, Spin and be on your way!

Muscle Pump (CS/JH) Tues 7:15-8:00 pm – Thurs 7-7:30 pm - A body shaping class that emphasizes muscle strength and endurance.

Yoga Fit (SW/DB/SG/AF) Mon/Wed/Sat -10:30 am/Mon 6:30 pm/Wed 6:15 pm - Yoga Fit is designed to improve the health, performance and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. All fitness levels benefit from this class.

Body Blast (SM) Thurs 9:00 am – A workout that integrates balance, strength and endurance training to improve your posture, stabilize your core and enhance your overall muscle tone.

Pilates Mat (JS) Tues 10:15 am/Fri 10:15 am Controlled movements that engage your body and mind. Builds core strength and flexibility. (Tuesday class held in Spinning Studio)

Barre Fit (LM) Thurs 5:30 pm/Sat 10:30 am – Combine balance, core and strength with the use of a dance barre and your own body weight and you get Barre Fit. This is an incredible class and the only one offered on the West Side. $15/non-member

SilverSneakers Classic (JH/MS) Tues 10:30/Thurs 10:15 – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

TRX (LM/CH) Tues 7:00 pm/Wed 8:00 am/Thurs 8:00 am/Fri 8:15 am/Sun 9:30 am – Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the users body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. $15/nonmember

TRX Sweat (LM) Wed 5:30 pm-Experience 3 great strength rounds using straps and weights.  Each round followed by intense cardio challenge.

P90X Live (LM) Sat 8:00 am-Intense cardio, challenging resistence training, explosive plyometrics, flexibility, and stability-P90X Live has it ALL! Rounds change every 8 weeks.

 Just Weights (GD) Tuesday 5:30 pm-Get your heart rate up with a total body workout using your own body weight, the bar and hand weights.  Little to no cardio cardio class but will still get your heart pumping.
