Exercising with a personal trainer will give you individualized attention and a customized exercise program designed specifically for you. All the personal trainers at Western Tennis & Fitness Club are certified to guide you on proper form and exercise techniques for a safe and efficient workout.  Appointments can be scheduled by calling the front desk at (513)451-4233

Personal Training

Thirty or sixty minute sessions working one-on-one with a trainer are available. Your Personal Trainer will design a detailed program to safely and effectively reach your specific goals.  

Rates:

30 minute session

$30 for members; $40 for non members

10 session package

$250 for members; $350 for non members

1 hour Session

$55 for members; $65 for non members

10 session package

$500 for members; $600 for non members

Group Rate

Divided by the number of people in your group

30 minute sessions are limited to 2-3 people

1 hour sessions are limited to 6 people

Consultation Package

Includes personalized workout

3 personal training sessions

2 and 4 week follow ups

$135 per month

Team Training

Sport specific programs are  designed to increase athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Adult Group Training

Group training programs are designed for those who prefer to train with others. This is a great way to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass!
