Play Tennis - Live Longer

Did you know that you can live 9.7 years longer if you play tennis?  That’s amazing! As reported in Forbes magazine, a Danish study concluded after studying participants over a span of 25 years, tennis was the sport with the most benefits.  Tennis is problem-solving, strength training with your own body weight, great for your heart—good cardio but not too strenuous, but most of all it is social!

I started playing tennis when I was 6 at Delhi Swim Club. Played in the swim club leagues with Delhi up until going to Elder. Played 3 years on the Varsity level for Elder. Fun tennis fact, I'm undefeated on center court at the ATP at 1-0.

I have played tennis since I was 8 years old. I played college tennis at Fairmont State University number 1 singles and doubles. I love to be on the court and help others improve their game.
