2-Hour Rental
This rental includes 1 hour of court time (1 court) or fitness space and 1 hour of party room access. Instruction options available for an additional fee: pickleball, tennis or fitness class).
Maximum 12 guests per party. $8 each additional guest.

Private Club
This is a 3-hour rental and includes the entire Indoor Club: all courts, private event room and Lobby. This rental may take place outside of regular Club hours.
Maximum: 150 guests per party.
$600/Member   $900/Non-Member

Lobby & Courts
This 3-hour rental includes the Lobby and either 6 pickleball courts or 4 tennis courts.
Rentals are only available during regular operating hours.
Maximum: 50 guests per party. $8 each additional guest.
$420/Member   $525/Non-Member

Lobby Only 
This is a 3-hour rental includes access to the main Lobby only.
This rental may only take place during regular hours of operation.
Maximum: 50 guests per party.
$300/Member   $375/Non-Member

Western provides necessary setup along with equipment dependent upon the type of rental. 

Food, cake and party favors may be brought in from outside vendors with the exception of alcoholic beverages. Ohio laws require that all alcohol consumed on Western property must be purchased on site at Western Athletic Club. 

All guests must complete a waiver prior to rental.
